The Team - Roswell, GA
Julianna Parks - I am a graduate of FIDM (The Fashion Institute of Design and Marketing) in San Francisco. I have a degree in Merchandise Marketing in the Fashion industry. I’ve also attended Daytona State for Interior Design. I did not complete the degree as I was helping getting a store and design consultation practice off the ground . We were rocking and rolling at the time so I stopped school. I worked for Elements of Design in Ormond Beach, Florida in the early 2000’s . I was a store manager and assistant buyer at market here in Atlanta . I helped run the back half of the design practice in tandem with running the retail store. I placed the orders for both the design practice and the store and managed the inventory and did the visual display. I have also worked for my father who’s a commercial developer. (He did the cosmopolitan hotel expansion in los Vegas when I was a kid) . As an adult I did design selection packages for his commercial condo project (La Vista Del Sol in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida in 2004. I helped do his surface selections for the DMV in Flagler Beach, FL. During that time . Back home in California, I worked with Real Estate professionals & their clients in The East Bay Area on Surface Selections. Example- Flooring, plumbing fixtures (faucets, towel bars, tubs, sinks), paint color selections and furniture selections. I assisted homeowners with kitchen and bath renovation projects as well. I also worked with a project manager in construction who worked with real estate investors on a home in Sacramento. I did everything from assisting Him with lighting, plumbing selections, flooring, cabinets as well as kitchen and bath design and selections (Backsplash, appliances etc ). I worked with electricians and plumbing specialists. I did “re-fresh consultations for people down sizing or people who just needed help with their existing things . A refresh might be me going into a home and making suggestions on where things should be and then maybe suggest things from the store . In Atlanta I worked with Great House in assisting their clients with selections for kitchen & bath renovation projects I currently am in partnership with the owner of East Cobb Benjamin Moore and I do interior and exterior paint consultation for their store .
